I don’t just ship tea from an office. I work on the front lines as an active Japanese Tea Barista in one of Japan’s premier tourist destinations. Every day, I whisk Matcha for people from all over the world, listening to their feedback and refining my understanding of what makes a truly exceptional cup.
My mission is to bridge the gap between dedicated Japanese farmers and passionate business owners worldwide. I offer a unique perspective that blends traditional Japanese tea culture with modern cafe demands.

We curate a wide range of premium Matcha from renowned regions, including Nishio and Toyota (Aichi) and Uji (Kyoto).

私は現在、日本の観光地の最前線で「現役の日本茶バリスタ」としてもカウンターに立っています。日々、国内外の多様なお客さまと向き合い、抹茶を点て、その反応を肌で感じています。
だからこそ、データや理論だけでなく「現場で求められている味」と「茶葉が持つ真の価値」の両方を深く理解しています。ブームに流されるのではなく、「今、その目の前の一杯に最適な抹茶はどれか」を、プロの視点で見極め、必要な場所へ正しくお届けすることが私の使命です。
